Works to develop:

Emails redaction to answer the requests of clients as part of online customer service, booking process and the assignment of services to the staff as well as make, organize and book packages / tours / services.

Our requests to apply:

• Knowledge of redaction (English and Spanish), we appreciate basic knowledge of web programs or tourism and photo edition software and use of office (_Word and Excel_). Preferably with experience in customer service and treatment of foreign people.
• You should have at least *5 months of availability to work with us.
• We do not accept people to work for only vacations or short periods.
• We request High School graduated and preferably with university education.
• Be creative, autonomous, respectful person and spontaneous.
• We appreciate knowledge of real Bogotá tourist attractions and around. This means we prefer you know the importance and history of the real Bogotá´s attractions.

Note: We do not accept woman who are studying during the day and under 23 years old.

 

 Salary: Negotiable from $1´200,000 to $1´350.000 initially with an increasing trend. And according to your results could goes up. That´s up to you .
 Days – Working hours: From 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. (3 Days per week, Saturday, Sunday and one day of the week)
 Charge: Administrative assistant. Full – time employment contract.
 Zone / area where is the job: La Candelaria, historic center, Bogota.

Buscamos personas que desean aplicar para la vacante de GUÍA DE TURISMO en Bogotá, para el desarrollo de guianza e información turística por Bogotá.

La labor a desarrollar es; Guianza, acompañamiento, traducción, logística en los diferentes servicios turísticos en Bogotá, aplicando conocimiento histórico, político y cultural de Colombia en cada servicio.

 

REQUISITOS:

 Muy buen dominio “conversacional” del Idioma INGLES. (Debes ser bilingüe).

 Conocimientos precisos en historia y cultura general de Colombia.

 Conocimientos concretos en temas históricos relevantes de Colombia, y cultura general de Colombia, historia conflicto armado y matices, historia reciente de Colombia (2002 – 2018), arte, política Colombiana y exigimos conocimientos históricos en los lugares mas antiguos, turísticos y representativos de Bogotá.

 Oriundo de Colombia (No se aceptan Extranjeros).

 Debes ser mayor de 22 años preferiblemente

 

Solicitamos muy buen dominio “conversacional” del Idioma Ingles.

 

APTITUDES REQUERIDAS:

 Extrovertido(a) en publico, exteriores y frente a temas históricos.

 Aptitud de servicio al cliente Sociable.

 Control bajo estrés (paciencia frente a situaciones de tensión baja-media).

 Puntual (Prioritario) – Responsabilidad y Honestidad  (Aptitudes evaluadas durante el inicio).

 

Priorizamos las personas que apliquen para esta vacante con disponibilidad de trabajo de 6 meses mínimo. NO aceptamos personas con disponibilidad para trabajar solamente por periodo de Vacaciones o un par de meses.

 

Horario laboral:

 No debes cumplir horario permanente. Promedio 6 Horas al día. No se establecen horarios y días por la naturaleza de la labor.

 

Ingreso inicial: De $800.000 a $1.400.000 pesos promedio + Propinas. (Los ingresos son variables sujeto a su experiencia, satisfacción del cliente, tiempo laborado, horas por día, tipo de actividad y numero de personas).
